JAMES C. WARR "Let Your Kingdom Come, Let Your Will Take Place, As in Heaven, Also Earth" Matthew 6:10 On August 8, 1942 Nathaniel Warr and Rosella Nixon was blessed with a son, James Clifford Warr. He was born in Kentucky. As a young child the family moved to Detroit, Michigan, where he attended Detroit’s Public Schools, until he graduated and enlisted in the United States Army, E 1 Rifleman. Serving his country during the Vietnam War and Honorably discharged and receiving The Purple Heart in 1964 due to injuries sustained in the War. James continued to serve as a United States for the next 17 years until his health prevented him from doing so. James lived his life on his own terms. He loved all kinds of animals, but especially dogs. He always enjoyed family gatherings and reunions with nicknames for everyone and jokes for days. He was known for his snow-white hair, white T- shirts, wrangler jeans and cowboy boots. He will be Loved and Missed, but not Forgotten. Fighting several health concerns and covid-19 our dear Sonny gained his wings, your fight is over well done. James is proceeded in death by his sisters; Telela Reed (Tee), Franzetta Riley (Fran), Vanessa Warr (Nesse), Brother-in-Laws Stuart Dean and CJ Wren, Stepmother Pauline Warr. Sonny leaves to celebrate his life and keep his memories going; Son Andre Warr Sr. 4 grandchildren; Andre Warr Jr., D’Andre’ Warr, Tyshia Warr, Josay Felder, 4 great grandchildren; Andre Warr 3rd, Terela Warr and Quinton Williams, Sisters; Lenora Gregory (Kenny), LaVada Dean, Margret Wren and Cheryl Harris. My mother asked me to take care of you, and sometimes I think you took care of me. Let us just say we took care of each other, now you are free and resting with your sister Tee whom I miss dearly. I will miss you calling me asking for SNACKS and Making JOKES, but I will forever keep you close to my HEART! We Love you!!! Unk!
